Somewhere between M83's adolescent dread and Crystal Castles' urban predation, aurelwave stacks voices into something cinematic and stubbornly melodic — production that floats, hooks that hold. The kind of music that sounds like a memory you can't place. The French producer and vocalist, relocating to New York in October 2026, has been building the project since 2020: 200k+ streams across independent releases, three editions of Delta Festival (150k+ attendees), 1M+ TikTok views. Co-wrote and performed on a forthcoming track with Lecomte de Brégeot (Universal Music Publishing / sync credits include Balenciaga, Emily in Paris). Crimson Lake arrives January 2027. Tracks where childhood surfaces the way memory does — luminous, distorted, irretrievable.
